Welcome to AllBusApp ("Where You Like Go?"), an iOS app created by Kanto Projects that helps you navigate Hawaii's public transit systems across Oʻahu, Maui, and Kauaʻi. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information we collect. This policy explains what data we gather, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect personal information, create user accounts, or track your travel patterns. Location data is used only when the app is active and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide core features such as finding nearby stops, real-time arrivals, and transit directions
• Cache transit schedules locally for faster performance and offline access
• Remember your preferences like favorite stops and selected island
• Improve app performance through anonymous crash reporting (if you opt-in)

Your location and usage data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for cross-app tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with these third parties—strictly to deliver the service:

No personal information, location data, or user behavior is shared with advertisers or third parties.

5. Storage & Security

• Location data is processed locally and never leaves your device
• Favorites and preferences are encrypted using iOS secure storage (UserDefaults)
• Transit data cache is stored locally with iOS file protection
• All network requests use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• No user accounts means no personal data on our servers to be compromised

6. Advertising & In-App Purchases

• Ads are served by Google AdMob using anonymous device identifiers
• Ad removal is available via one-time in-app purchase
• No targeted advertising based on your location or app usage
• Ad preferences can be managed through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising

7. Your Choices

• Location Services: Disable in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → AllBusApp
• Personalized Ads: Opt-out in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
• Analytics: Opt-out in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements
• Delete all data: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored information
• Remove ads: Purchase ad-free version in app settings

8. Children's Privacy

AllBusApp is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require personal information and can be used safely by families with appropriate parental guidance for location services.

9. Data Sources & Attribution

Transit data is provided by:

• Oʻahu: Oahu Transit Services, Inc. (TheBus)
• Maui: County of Maui (Maui Bus)
• Kauaʻi: County of Kauaʻi (Kauai Bus)

This data is publicly available and used with permission. Real-time information accuracy depends on the source transit agencies.

10. International Use

AllBusApp works only in Hawaii and uses Hawaii-based transit data. If you use the app while traveling, your device's location services will still function, but transit information will only be available for Hawaiian islands.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be highlighted in the app and take effect 7 days after posting. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
